Founder’s Journey
What began 30 years ago with just a motorbike and a toolbox has grown into a trusted partner in lead-lining and shielding works, supported by over 30 dedicated staff today.
Mr. Heng started as a one-man operation, working on small-scale projects and personally handling every aspect—from client meetings to execution. The early years were challenging, but his hands-on expertise, problem-solving skills, and commitment to delivering quality work quickly built a strong reputation through word of mouth.
In 2009, he founded HL Interiors Builders, transforming the business from a sole proprietorship into a Private Limited company. Today, HL Interiors Builders proudly serves clients across the Healthcare, Commercial, and Residential sectors.
Mr. Heng’s philosophy remains unchanged: every project is a priority. He continues to instill the values of honesty, reliability, solution-driven thinking, and timely execution in every team member. He remains deeply grateful to his loyal staff—some of whom have stood by him for 10 to over 20 years—growing the business together through every challenge.
“We never forget where we started. Every project, big or small, gets our full commitment and care.”
As we grow and evolve, our commitment to quality, integrity, and client satisfaction remains as strong as it was on day one.
